Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

BJK Rose Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, BJK Rose Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Multiple Shipments

Items within the same order may arrive separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, and shipping method.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Order Changes & Cancellations
