Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos showing the item and packaging

We will review your claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing & Shipping

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees.
