Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging when applicable.
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of wear.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at mmetcalf08@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your email must include:
- Your order number (if available)
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos showing the item and any damage or details supporting your return request (if applicable)
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will begin the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with the return shipping address.
After receiving your Return Authorization Number:
- Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Ensure all original tags are attached and the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
- Take the package to your preferred shipping carrier or local post office to purchase a return shipping label.
- Email us your tracking number once your package has been shipped so we can monitor the return.
Returns received without an approved Return Authorization Number may be delayed or refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Facial care and skincare products
- Beauty products
- Intimate apparel
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

Lost or Stolen Packages
